How's your pipeline?

Here are 4 tips to take it up a gear ...

1/ Find something worth saying to a client who is struggling right now.

That means caring about THEIR business problems and missed opportunities. Bring some fresh insights about what's most important to their success. Make sure it's not something that is overused; unoriginal, or obvious.

2/ Check your pipeline for stalled deals.

These are the opportunities where you're more hopeful and enthusiastic than the client is! The symptom of this is unexpected delays, or worse clients ghosting you. Make sure you're not deluding yourself into investing time in dead ducks.

3/ Have a clear outcome for every situation.

If you don't how what you want then someone else is driving the bus. Or perhaps nobody is driving the bus 😱. Make sure you know what you want, why you want it, and how you'll know you got it. Then take action to make that happen.

4/ Every evening write down your top 3 achievements.

This goes hand in hand with having clear outcomes. You know that's a good idea, right? Well, this review helps you build the confidence you're moving toward those outcomes. After you've written down your achievements, visualise your top 3 outcomes for the next day.

Follow these 4 and you'll take performance to a higher level.

Most people won't! They enjoy being average.
