Motivation.

I was reminded today just how important it is for anyone involved in business growth to keep their motivation up.

One way to do this is a personal weekly accountability session.

This works best when individuals come up with their own set of questions for reflection.

Then, they share these with someone they trust (think manager, a peer, or a coach) who's there to listen and make sure they're really thinking things through.

Questions recommend include:

- Progress compared to your YTD?
- What were you key goals this week?
- Which did you hit?
- Any misses? Why?
- What needs to improve?
- What are your goals for next week?
- What resources do you need?
