What did each of the consultants do this week to grow the business?
That's what I ask ambitious owners when we get started.
They usually don't know.
But, over time, they develop accurate, data-based reporting π±.

And when they do find time, they are frazzled, squeezing it in between back-to-back meetings.
Their revenue strategy involves making desperate sales calls towards the end of projects, or random acts of marketing. Frankly, it's amateur time β¦ unprofessional.
The pundits are suggesting 2024 is going to be tough for consulting firms.
