I wouldn't call myself an expert in ChatGPT.

However, I spent the last year learning how AI can transform client engagement.
โ†ณ Hours experimenting with ChatGPT and other platforms.
โ†ณ Useful research and insights generating personalised content.
โ†ณ Deeper views of my clients' customers, goals, and industryโ€™s pressures.

Here's how I first became interested in using AI for sales enablement:

I've known for a long time that thorough research and content creation for a sales meeting took too long. When rushed, it often lacked the nuance needed to make the conversations relevant. Worse still, people ignored it or improvised.

I started using AI to brainstorm talking points and create content templates allowing:
โ†ณ Conversations aligned more closely with clients' issues.
โ†ณ More focus more on the human side of the conversation.
โ†ณ Reduced preparation time.

There's still plenty of human additions, but overall the results are faster, cheaper and better.

So, my goals over the next year are:

โ‡ข Keep taking advantage of AI to generate useful insights and ideas for talking points.
โ‡ข Refine my use of AI in a way that supports both efficiency and personalisation.
โ‡ข Always add a layer of human oversight and a personal touch.

This way, I can save time, have value-driven talks with clients., and continue to evolve my AI skills.
