You think you're making informed decisions.
You think you're making informed decisions.
But are you really?
So many choices are made on surface-level information.
We rarely stop to ask questions ... let alone the deeper ones.
We accept what we see or hear at face value.
⇥ In client meetings.
⇥ In hiring decisions.
⇥ In strategy sessions.
We act on assumptions without peeling back the layers.
We might think:
'That candidate didn’t seem confident.' ⇥ But did we ask why?
'This strategy isn’t working.' ⇥ But do we know what exactly isn’t?
'That person always says no.' ⇥ But have we explored their perspective?
One more question ... just one ... can shift an entire conversation.
It can uncover bias, reveal truth, and lead to smarter, stronger decisions.
The deeper insight is usually right there, just beneath the obvious.
We just have to get curious enough to look.
So next time you’re about to decide ... pause ... and ask that question.
